Any person accessing the Website and/or availing of the services provided by Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. through the Website shall be referred to as “the User”.

The domain names Swaarnim.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) are owned by Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 165 RNT Marg Indore MP, India, or call us at Ph: 07313599099, or send an e-mail to store@swaarnim.com. The Website is a platform for selling Ayurveda based products & services for customers globally.

Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. will make best possible endeavors to provide satisfactory, accurate and useful information as a response to any query. Further, the Website and its facilities are not intended to replace a doctor’s judgment or the care and treatment that only a qualified healthcare provider may give upon due clinical examination of symptoms and/or correlation of reports with such examination. The User shall provide full and complete information pertaining to the ailment (including but not limited to the User’s medical history). The Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. shall be entitled to presume that the said information provided by you is true and correct.

Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. does not provide any explicit or implicit guarantee regarding the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, advice given in responses, or medicines prescribed or sold to you. 

Usage of the Website

The User shall not under any circumstances whatsoever use the Website to send or post any messages or any material that is defamatory, unlawful, abusive, harassing, indecent, harmful, threatening, vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, racially offensive, profane, pornographic or violates any applicable law. The User understands that the Website may not be accessible or access may be interrupted due to technical difficulty or otherwise. Swaarnim is not and shall not be responsible for any delay/ failure by the User to access the Website and/or any error/ omissions owing to such delay/ failure.

The User warrants and represents to Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. that the User is legally entitled to access the Website and avail of the services available. The User is not a minor and is competent to contract and/ or agree and understand the terms of these Terms of Service, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

All products are herbal and do not contain prescription ingredients. Payment Terms

The User understands and agrees that the services furnished by Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd.  shall commence on payment of fees on all services provided. Swaarnim shall be entitled to terminate the services furnished to the User in case of non-payment or delay or payment.

The payments are taken in advance and then the medicines/products are shipped to the customer.


 Replacement –

  • Replacement of the products may be considered in below scenarios –
    • In-transit damage of the product if such instances are reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
    • If we deliver a product with Shelf life remaining < 50% of the product life if such instances are reported within 24 hours of the delivery.
    • In case of any quality related concern, subject to verification from internal quality control team after detailed understanding of the concern raised and product evaluation.
    • The product in question needs to be returned for Replacement of the product, without the return of product replacement is not permitted.

  • Scenarios where Replacement of the products is not allowed –
    • No replacement is allowed for any expired product.
    • Used products are strictly not allowed for replacement.

 Return –

  • Products are delivered on NON - RETURNABLE BASIS.
  • Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products.

Refund –

  • Refund of the delivered product is permitted where there is a quality issue or order cancellation by the Company.
  • Refunds can happen via E-Vouchers/ Gift Card/ Transfer into customer’s bank account.
  • Refunds via E-Voucher can be redeemed on next purchase at Swaarnim naturscience Ltd.  India within the validity date.
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days (Subject to clearance in quality check).
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders./Wallet/Bank transfer
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.



Intellectual Property Rights

Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. is solely entitled to the trade marks, names, logos and service marks, copyrights and all other intellectual property rights including but not limited to the software, application, graphics, text and other materials used therein. Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd.. Any other material displayed on the Website that is capable of being protected as intellectual property shall be the property of Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd. and nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any such material without the prior written permission of Swaarnim Naturscience Ltd..
